Deposit

A deposit equal to 30% of the total price is debited on booking. Each booking must be guaranteed by a credit card. We do not accept American Express cards.

Final payment

Prior to your departure, you are required to settle your account in full.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be only done by telephone on 01624 835702. A small admin fee will be applied to organise and settle your cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days, one free date change if you cancel up to 7 days prior.

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival your deposit can be refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival the date can be changed once subject to availability and rate changes, for any date within 12 months of your booking.

If you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained, unless we are able to re let for the same amount. If you cancel within 1 day of arrival you will be charged the total price. Days are counted from midnight on the day of arrival.

Holiday Insurance

We strongly advise guests to take out cancellation Insurance.
